Automatic Wrapper Type High Speed Toilet Paper / Maxi Roll Rewinding Machine is designed for processing toilet paper rolls and maxi rolls. The machine features a core feeding unit that takes raw material from a jumbo roll. After full or edge embossing, the material undergoes perforation, end cutting, and tail gluing to form a log. This log can then be processed by cutting machines and packing machines to produce finished products. The machine is controlled by a PLC and operated through a touch screen, ensuring a fully automatic and user-friendly process that reduces labor costs. Additionally, we offer customizations based on clients' specific requirements.
